Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday! If you weren’t aware, it was Rosh Hashanah this past Tuesday and that means I had off to celebrate the New Year! A lot of stuff happened this past weekend, including introducing my new kitten to my resident cat, Maggie, which went as well as you could expect! (Hint: it didn’t go super well)

In terms of reading, this week was awesome! And I can’t wait for all the great books I plan to read this month!

I absolutely loved The Girls Are Never Gone and I’m adding it to my every growing list of thrillers I recommend! I shouldn’t be surprised by how much I loved this book, since I loved Sarah’s other series, The Reign of the Fallen. Mary, Will I Die? was okay, but it wasn’t the horror/thriller that I was craving. I’m hoping I can get in a few more good paranormal thrillers during spooky season, which I have deemed started September 1st! Some would disagree, but it’s spooky season and you can’t tell me otherwise.
