I’m still so happy and surprised that I managed to finish thirteen books in August! I had planned for twelve and when I unfortunately had to DNF Cazadora at 50% – it opened up the opportunity to read a book I’ve been wanting to read for over a year – Vampires Never Get Old. I don’t know why it took me so long to read this anthology, especially since I’ve been wanting to read it for forever, but it took me over a year from receiving the book to actually reading it. Yikes.
In other news, yay I finished my TBR! I don’t know the last time I’ve finished a monthly TBR and it’s weird but wonderful. My September TBR is already up, so if you haven’t seen it, and want to check it out, you can find it here!
How did your August TBR go? Did you finish everything you wanted to read? What was your favorite/least favorite book you read?
You had a great month! I can’t wait to read The Devil Makes Three – seems SO GOOD! I read about half of what I planned to read, so I’m happy with my August reading!

I read A Lesson In Vengeance too! I really enjoyed it. I meant to start Devil In The Device but I’m putting it off, the first book took me way too long to read and now I barely remember the plot.

That’s my problem too. I definitely recommend reading a recap or if you feel up to it, rereading the first book!
