My Favorite Book Bloggers

On Wednesday (10/7), book twitter went wild after an author ranted about a blogger asking for payment to review their book.

That’s a discussion for another day though.

In that rant, lots of people talked about supporting book bloggers as we are generally overworked, under appreciated, and usually the first group people shit on when discussing compensation. So today, I want to take the time and shout out some of my favorite book bloggers!

This is not in any particular order and I did link their websites if you want to check them out!

Alison in Bookland

I followed Alison’s blog and have been keeping up with her reviews for a while. Her site is so organized and so easy to find what you want to read. Reviews? You got it. Unboxings? Over here! And her content is just overall, wonderful!

Writing the Universe

I am a little biased because I am friends with Alexa in real life, but I do love her content a lot! Alexa’s reviews are always so in depth and insightful, it makes me a little jealous lol And the range of books she reviews means I also have recommendations for different ages, tones, and genres that I might want to read!

Rin’s Reads

To start, I love Erin’s aesthetic! Her site is absolutely gorgeous and every time I go on there I’m captivated by how beautiful it is. She not only manages to put out well thought out reviews, but incorporates gorgeous fonts, images, and other beautiful things that keeps me wanting to read more.

Ashleigh’s Bookshelf

Ashleigh was first a person I followed on twitter and then quickly followed her blog. Her up beat attitude just warms my heart and I love interacting with her online! Her posts are just as compelling and happy as her tweets and I love her positivity. Every time I read her blog posts I finish feeling so warm and content.

Confessions of a YA Reader

I have been following Kristi for a little while and I love the array of books she reviews and covers. Her reviews are very in depth and fun to read, which means I often go down a rabbit hole of reading all of her posts at once. It’s very addicting!

MorrBooks

I met Mo through Alexa at ALA in 2019 and we were book buddies for the weekend. I’ve been following her twitter and blog ever since! I love her website, it’s absolutely gorgeous, and I love her content! Plus, she’s also super nice and funny, so you should definitely follow her just for that.

A Court of Coffee and Books

Nikole is another blogger who I’ve met through book events. We’ve run into each other a couple times now (I think) and we interact sometimes on Twitter. Her website is gorgeous and her content is so engaging. I love how she formats her posts and her voice in her posts is so compelling. It’s addicting!

Star is All Booked Up

Star (Rameela) is another blogger I found through Twitter and soon after, TikTok. She runs a gorgeous Instagram account and she has a blog to match! Star is one of the sweetest, nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. So not only is her content fun, unique, and stunning – but she’s so nice and funny!

Bellerose Reads

I found Cielo’s blog through Twitter. A mutual had commented or retweeted one of her posts and I loved her aesthetic, so I took a look around and fell in love with her blog! While I haven’t interacted with her much, Cielo seems really cool and yes, I am a little intimidated, but in a good way!

What She Will Read

Auburn and I are co-owners of Book Terminal Tours, a blog tour company under her site, The Book Terminal. While we didn’t interact a lot before starting the tour company, I did follow her on Twitter and her WordPress, before she moved over to Wix. Auburn is so sweet and works really hard, not just on the website, but on all of her projects. Since she moved from WordPress to Wix, I think her follower count dropped, so please check out her stuff and give her a follow!

The Baroness of Books

Shreya is the other co-owner of Terminal Tours and one of the kindest people you will ever meet! She’s more active on Instagram, which you should definitely follow, but her blog is so cute and I just love reading through her posts!

Belle’s Archive

Another Twitter friend is Belle! I’ve interacted with Belle a lot more recently and have been following her account for a while now. Not only is her content amazing, but she’s super sweet and a teen blogger everyone should support! I love reading her posts and interacting with her online – she’s a sweetheart!

Please show these amazing bloggers some love! I absolutely adore their content and I would really appreciate if you followed them, liked/commented on some of their posts, or even just shared this post so other people can find them!

I have a Ko-fi account! If you like my content and want to help me fund my own domain or just wants to send me a gift, I’ve linked it here! Thanks to anyone who checks it out!
