What is the longest fantasy series that you have ever read?

Longest fantasy series would have to be The Mortal Instruments, just due to all of the spin off books she has. It’s a total of like 15 books I’ve actually read from her, and then 3 more will be published, although who knows how many more books we’ll get in this world.

Favorite fantastical setting or world?

I love the world of Velaris. I would kill to live there!

Besides Harry Potter, what is your favorite fantasy book/series?

Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas and An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir!

What fantasy book do you wish was more popular?

I adored Thorn by Intisar Khanani – I feel like it’s so underrated! No one seems to talk about this book!

Your favorite villain?

Ohhh, that’s a difficult one. I don’t think there’s one villain in particular that’s my favorite. But I guess I’ll go with the Nightbringer from An Ember in the Ashes series.

What’s the first fantasy book you have ever read?

I don’t know. If we’re not counting children’s books (like picture books), then I think The Lightening Thief by Rick Riordan. Or maybe the The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster.

Your favorite Harry Potter book?

The Goblet of Fire

What is your favorite mythical creature?

The Fae are pretty cool! But mermaids/sirens are awesome too. I guess those two!

Favorite female protagonist from a fantasy book?

THAT’S LIKE ALL FANTASY BOOKS!! Uhhh – Aelin because she’s not only a badass, but a sarcastic badass. I appreciate snarky assholes.

Favorite male protagonist?

This is such a tough choice! And of course, I forget every book I’ve ever read so we’ll go with Kell from A Darker Shade of Magic.
